► There will be a $20 surcharge for orders taken over the phone. Please have your order ready before calling.
► Refunds will be provided on an individual basis if notified before 1 April 2024.
► If you need to add, cancel or modify your reservation first attempt to do that thru the web site. If the electrons won't align, then call Dewey at 724-336-4273 or email Deweyclawson@hotmail.com If leaving a message, please talk slowly and clearly. I don't listen as fast as I used to. Hotel reservations should be changed directly with the Gold Coast.
► Hospitality Room, Arizona Ballroom, will be open at Noon, Tue, Wed and Thur.
► We need Drivers License number and State only for those going to Creech AFB or Nellis AFB. If you have a military ID, please write that in.
Nellis/Creech tours are limited to 100 folks. Please let me know if you have any druthers as to going on Wed or Thur. Depending on demand, these tours may operate one or both days.
